We're a small, fully licensed drone studio based in Southern Ontario. Most of our work is on the lakes, which means we know how to fly over open water, read the wind off a bay, and time a shoot for the calm hour.

Waterfront property is most of what we shoot. We give agents and private sellers the images that answer a buyer's first questions before they ever drive up.

How a shoot works

From first call to finished files

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the property

    Location, what you need, and your listing date.

  2. Step 2

    We check the airspace

    Controlled airspace, nearby aerodromes and float-plane routes are checked before we confirm.

  3. Step 3

    Flight day

    We watch wind and light and pick the best window. Most shoots take under an hour.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery

    Edited stills within 48 hours, video within five business days.
