Why aerial
A cottage listing is really a listing for a shoreline.
Buyers want to know which way the dock faces, how deep the bay is, where the sun sets and how far the neighbours are. A ground photo can't show any of that. One pass at altitude shows all of it.
We plan every flight around the light and the water: morning calm for glassy reflections, late afternoon for warm granite and long shadows across the bay.
